工作职责：
1. 在预算内计划、管理及运营油库，并持续提高业绩
2. 确保持续的储存能力，以满足每月需求
3. 在遵守公司HSSE政策的前提下确保壳牌产品高效的传送，并确保公司利益最大化
4. 控制和监督承运商和司机，以确保能完全满足客户的要求
5. 确保所有库区设备、运输、动力单元都是正常的、可靠的和完整的资产
6. 指导、监督并控制油库的业绩，确保业绩达标.
7. 规划人员需求、辅导和培训，并激发员工/承运商/合同工的能力、优化生产力、接受变革
8. 发展并维护与工作相关的当地政府关系，并管理公司内部所有利益相关方
9. 在库区内执行所有的HSSE和陆运安全活动，并确保符合法律法规的要求
岗位要求：
1. 具备8年以上库区及陆运操作经验
2. 良好的沟通、管理和领导技能，具备5年以上团队管理经验
3. 具备较强的成本优化意识
4. 对紧急情况的快速反应能力至关重要
5. 工程专业优先考虑
