Job Description
一、岗位工作内容
1、负责公司电子商务平台的规划与开发;
2、负责公司O2O电商平台的建设及运营；
3、负责O2O电商平台与销售运营、财务的接口整合和管理；
4、保持与相关业务部门的密切沟通，持续改进O2O电子商务平台及网站的运营管理；
5、协助相关运营数据的分析、总结，并提出改进意见；
6、制定并完善电子商务部门的管理制度与相关流程。
7、完成直接上级交付的其他工作。
二、任职要求
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、经济、贸易或相关专业；
2、5年以上电子商务运营管理经验，具有构建O2O电商平台项目经验，熟悉电子商务平台的运作流程与规则；
3、爱岗敬业、责任心强，较好的计划执行能力，较强的谈判沟通能力，善于沟通和协调， 职业操守严谨，具有成本和保密意识；
4、熟练使用办公软件、网络营销工具，具备相应的网络知识。
