1、负责集团地产板块的培训管理公司。
2、制定年度的培训计划和预算。
3、完成深度培训调研，以解决问题为目标。
4、设计适合的培训内容和形式进行培训实施。
5、筛选第三方培训资源，并合理使用。
6、跟踪培训反馈，及时优化培训工作。
岗位要求：
学历要求：全日制统招本科性别要求：不限语言要求：普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：25-35工作年限：5年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
1、5年以上相关工作经验。
2、沟通能力强。
3、对前沿的培训行业的专业技能比较了解。
4、具备完整的管理思路和管理体系。
5、有地产行业或新兴行业体系化培训工作者优先。
