岗位职责：
Ensure Product Engineering delivery in time, in quality and in cost
Ensure design review in structured and unified way
Ensure proper engineering resources for project
Seek technical solution and lead task force to manage crisis
Actively drive people development incl. training/coaching and tracking development plan of key engineers / high potentials’
Ensure proper staffing and update resource planning regularly
Optimize team structure to meet project and business needs
Ensure effective knowledge management to build up competency-based organizational asset
Support business acquisition by promoting product portfolio and DCS solution to customer
Ensure risk identification and mitigation at business acquisition

学历要求：全日制统招本科性别要求：不限语言要求：英语 + 普通话专业要求：工科年龄要求：25-40工作年限：8年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Design or Mechatronics, or equivalent
At least 8 years working experience, and 3 years engineering team management experience
Strong ability of technical management & self-motivated
Good communication in written and oral English skill
Multi-national company experience is preferred
Basic knowledge in TS16949.
Knowledge about MEPA / Pin Header / SRS
Experience at design of MEPA / Pin Header
