1、 全面负责加油站健康、安全、消防、环保工作，严格执行壳牌HSSE的政策及要求；
2、 加油站营销工作的管理，确保加油站的日常运营管理达到壳牌运营服务标准；
3、 加油站的日常支出费用控制；
4、 油站人员管理，关注并指导员工个人发展；
5、 发展新客户，达成管理及销售目标。
岗位要求：
学历要求：全日制统招本科性别要求：不限语言要求：普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：25-40工作年限：5年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历
2、 具有零售或服务行业3年及以上工作经验，加油站管理经验优先
3、 具有直接管理10人以上团队的经验
4、 可接受省/市内地方调动
5、 熟练操作电脑办公软件
