Job Description
工作职责：
1.施工准备阶段：负责对施工图纸的审核，进度计划及施工方案的编制；
2.施工进行阶段：检查并指导监理公司及施工单位的工作，实行工作的动态管理，针对可能出现的问题，组织和督促相关部门制定应对措施。提升公司各部门的质量意识，检查督促各部门搞好施工管理工作，对出现的问题，提出整改意见，报上级主管审批后负责跟踪落实；
3.工程竣工阶段：负责对工程的业内资料及工程实体进行全面把关，并提出自己的意见。
任职资格：
1.八年以上工作经验，五年以上施工单位工作经验。对土建和钢结构两个专业都具备较多的施工经验，具备较高的施工管理意识；
2.熟悉中华人民共和国建筑工程施工及验收规范，了解在施工过程中各个分部分项工程的质量控制要点，具备良好的土建及钢结构施工技能，能独立各种施工方案编制并具备具体实施能力；
3.有一定的组织管理能力和处理问题的协调能力，吃苦耐劳，能适应加班；
4.英语口语好和有汽车项目施工管理经验者优先
