Job Description
岗位职责：
1、现场安装调试管理，对安装调试过程中的问题点监控；
2、编制设备维护保养计划；
3、编制设备管理相关规定，收集保管设备资料；
4、备资料的登记、保管，汇总，上报，健全设备管理台帐；
5、设备固定资产台帐的管理，设备备件的管理；
6、零件图的测绘工作；
7、6S管理。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，机械、机电、电气等相关专业毕业，5年以上设备维修和管理经验；
2、熟悉设备资产管理的全过程，实用有效的各种管理方法，具有设备故障分析能力，掌握针对故障的处理方法，明了设备的拆卸工艺和装配工艺以及调试的技术要求，熟悉设备备件管理的全过程、实用有效的各种方法，熟悉设备零、部件的失效类型、改进方法，具有对设备的先进性、可靠性和维修性进行比较评价的能力；
3、良好的职业道德，责任心强，原则性强.
