Job Description
工作职责：
1、结合企业的经营目标和生产实际，为决策层提供生产规划方面的建议、方案。
2、为实现企业的经营目标提供生产方面的保证。
3、对企业的生产环节进行计划、组织、控制，并创造一个文明、安全、无污染的生产环境。
4、负责对本部门下属员工的考核评价、教育指导和提升、转职申报等工作。
5、代表本部门处理协调好与决策部门或其他部门的关系。
6、完成生产总监交办的其他任务。
任职资格：
本科毕业，总体工作经验8年及以上，英语可作为工作语言
