Job Description

Planning and Budgeting
(i) Direct C&B team preparing annual labor cost budget and monthly forecast and accrual for whole company.
(ii) Prepare C&B team work plan annually, allocate section-level target to subordinates & monitor their performance.
in order to meet Corporate HR objectives and support Qingdao's business needs.

Policies and Procedures
Help department manager to update the C&B&ER related policy and facilitate the policy promotion and communication with employees to ensure the company policy and practice in line with government requirement& Corporate guideline.
in order to support business needs/development.

People Management
(i) Allocate and balance work across direct reports;
(ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports;
(iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them;
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent.

Compensation and Benefit
(i) Assist in implementing company's compensation and benefit programmes which are in line with corporate compensation and benefits guidelines with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness to attract and retain talent. (i.e.Job evaluation,salary admininstration,short-term,long term incentive plans, stock plans, employee benefits plans, etc)
(ii)To benchmark labor market trends and propose salary structure and adjustments to the business based on survey data.
(iii)Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data, obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
(iv) Provide first level supervision to a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the organisation's reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
(v)Provide professional C&B consultation to recruiting team for offer confirmation when making hiring decision and handling employee relations cases.
(vi)Develop and implement reward programs to maximize the interface between company interests and employees perspectives such as Spot bonus plan for the employees , innovation rewarding program,etc.
in order to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness, and attract and retain talent.

Bachelor degree
At least 4 years C&B related experiences including 1 years management experience
Oral, written and read English
Good communication skill, Conflict Management,Developing Direct Reports, Integrity and Trust, Managerial Courage, Process Management
