Job Description
1、财务部全面管理，处理集团层面和项目的财务事项。
2、财务部团队管理，打造部门凝聚力和工作效率提升。
3、整体提升财务管理水平，适应新形势下集团的发展。
4、代表集团财务参与项目谈判和前期项目审核。
5、代表集团财务整体管控项目财务工作。
任职资格：
1、有管理团队的经验，至少带过10人以上财务团队.
2、团队融合能力前，有加强团队凝聚力的具体措施和成功经验。
3、地产行业经验丰富，经历过地产财务部各个工作岗位的实际工作。
4、综合把控能力强，能合理管控和协调财务各个模块的工作。
5、对集团公司和项目进展过程中的细节比较关注，有监控工作细节的措施和成功经验。
6、以往经历的项目中有40万平以上住宅项目经验或商业综合体项目经验。
7、地产公司地区公司或总部财务工作经验，同时管控多项目。
