Job Description
在项目经理的领导下，根据项目的开发目标，对电气工程质量、进度、安全、投资进行监控，协调施工单位、监理公司、电业局、电信公司等与项目开发相关联部门的关系，以达成项目既定目标。
任职资格：1、采暖与通风、给排水、电气工程等建筑类专业。
2、掌握房地产开发项目运作流程；熟悉房地产开发业的电气专业知识；了解国内外电气技术状况和发展趋势。
3、能独立完成公司以及政府部门要求的工作报告，独立编制施工组织设计、技术方案、考察报告的能力。
4、三年以上相关工作经验。
