Job Description
1、负责本区域市场规划，销售预测、销售计划、目标监控、业务评估工作；
2、负责销售过程管理，销售、谈判
3、新产品的分销、促销、助销、价格、库存、陈列、位置、新鲜度计划；
4、销售队伍管理与建设，制定年度销售目标、陈列目标、服务水平；设定办事处所有人员工作职责和目标、定期进行下属的业绩回顾和制定计划；
5、本区域内所属区县办事处管理；
6、完成区域销售目标计划。
任职条件：1、三年以上快消品同岗位经验。
2、管理能力强，抗压能力强。
3、银麦啤酒、崂山啤酒办事处经理以上人员优选考虑。
4、能适应出差工作。
