Job Description
经验：至少有三年以上广告、设计或者相关领域的工作经验，或在广告代理公司/设计公司从事过创意设计工作。懂得印刷、制作流程，有服务于零售行业、品牌管理的工作经验更佳
条件：需有良好的专业素养，以策略为导向，有熟练的设计能力。能独立工作，有极强的时间观念和计划，有明确的判断能力，工作效率高。在任何情况下，都能保持积极的工作态度。能够根据事物的优先性安排工作。
设计能力：有美术、绘画、设计相关专业学历认证，或相关奖项证明，能独立完成项目。懂得将专业能力为品牌策略提供专业协助。
项目管理：监控创意、设计等项目的日常流程，并就相关工作推进时间表，工作内容，项目成本的物料给予监督；
沟通能力：具备良好的沟通能力，懂得团队协作的重要性，善于跨部门、跨专业合作完成项目，并在项目和工作实施过程中起到协调作用
其他要求：应聘请携带作品，学历证明。
