Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责城市公司设计管理、审定各类结构技术方案、实施总公司制定的工程技术规范；
2、负责对施工现场提供全面的技术支持，审查施工方案；
3、与设计院对接解决图纸变更问题；
4、负责对公司项目一级计划的控制；
5、负责对已建工程的维修方案的审核工作；
任职资格：
1、结构专业毕业；
2、要求3至5年建筑设计院工作、2至3年房地产公司工作及丰富的现场施工经验；
3、在设计院工作期间，至少独立负责或从事过两个住宅类建筑项目的结构设计，有国家一级注册结构工程师证书者优先。
此岗位为前十强地产公司地区公司的岗位，工作地点在济南，特别希望老家在山东，目前在外地工作的优秀人才回家或有意向在山东工作的优秀候选人投递简历。待遇优厚，发展空间大。
