Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责销售团队的整体管理；
2、制定每个月的销售计划，并跟进各单进度；
3、具备扎实的销售技巧专业知识，思路敏捷、口齿清晰；
4、具有一定的营销经验或市场推广经验，善于沟通，能吃苦耐劳；
5、具有团队合作精神，恪守职业道德。
6、解决客户专业知识，售后产品技术方面的问题指导；
7、带领新人，提升团队竞争力。
任职资格的具体描述：
1、有一定的营销和市场经验、开拓能力强、语言表达能力和与客户沟通能力；
2、大专及以上学历，性别不限，形象健康；
3、为人正直诚实，良好的表达能力及沟通能力，愿意不断学习，有上进心，善于与人打交道，能适应有压力的工作；
4、具有工作热情和激情以及意志力；
5、具有行业相关工作经验者优先考虑录用。
工作时间：1、工作时间：5天/周，8H/天 2、薪资：底薪+奖金
