Job Description
工作职责：
以专项项目形式，组织相关部门人员，收集、整理集团现有资产信息；
搭建适合集团业务的资产管理体系，使集团资产信息能够确保准确性、一致性、大区/跨部门共享、实时更新等；
在运营资产的风险分析、管理，定期向管理层汇报；
针对需进行解约、续租、降租的油站，指导大区制定行动计划，并跟踪其实施；
对资产运营中因权属、租金等问题产生的突发状况，作为集团网络发展接口，配合相关职能部门制定行动方案，指导大区执行；
对历史遗留的存在权属问题的站点，组织相关讨论、决策，制定行动计划，指导大区执行；
部门总监交待的其它资产管理类工作。
工作业绩：
本科以上学历，MBA优先；
大型跨国企业3-5年资产管理相关工作经验；
3年以上团队管理经验；
良好的个人领导力、影响力，沟通能力以及管理利益相关方的能力。
