RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Develop new business in territory by driving organic growth within existing account
2. Develop long term relationships with customers at mid to high tier levels
3. Develop strategy to exceed sales goals both in current year and next 2 years (3 yr plan)
4. Utilize the International Sales prospecting and new business template to track and monitor new and replacement business within the territory
5. Develop and mentor individuals on your team to be world class sales people
6. Hire and train new sales personnel as required
7. Work with multifunctional levels within company to drive sales growth and margin expansion

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Fluency in both spoken and written English
2. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
3. Sales Management experience
4. Self-starter that is results oriented
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
6. Strong negotiation skills along with strong computer and organizations skills
7. Ability to learn new products and technologies
8. Film Extrusion, Flexible Packaging and/or Converting Market Sales experience is preferred
