Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责三包保养计划的监督执行，确保工作正常有序开展。
2、负责制定保养抽查计划及实施，提高电梯运行质量及降低故障率。
3、负责对用户定期回访，促进客户关系，保证电梯续签率。
4、负责有关保养科其它事务处理，确保保养科工作正常有序。
5、保养、大修及质保金欠款的督促回收。
任职资格的具体描述：
1.熟悉国家的相关政策法规，了解行业主管部门的运作，熟悉电梯市场；
2.有良好的规划,实施和监控能力;
3.有良好的沟通,协调能力;
4.较好的语言表达和文字表述能力
5.具有较强的创新和开拓能力;熟练使用计算机办公软件.
