Job Description
职位描述：
1.组织制定公司人力资源培训的中长期规划，建立并完善公司培训管理制度、各项培训体系和相关流程；
2.调查培训需求，制定公司全体员工能力发展培训课程体系规划；
3.组织开发培训课程及编写培训教材，独立完成部分管理类课程的开发，编制和完善优化相应的培训教材,视频,文件并在内部讲授；
4.对培训完成情况负责监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
5.定期分析、收集系统的培训需求，合理分配各项培训资源，组织公司级的系统培训项目；
6.充分利用各种渠道，对公司各部门及子公司进行企业文化的宣传推广；
7.负责策划制定公司企业文化活动方案，并组织实施.
任职资格：
8年以上培训相关工作经验。
2年以上培训管理工作经验，有团队管理能力
有成功的课件开发能力
有超过两千人规模大型制造行业背景
英语流利，能作为工作语言
