Job Description
岗位职责：
1，全面统筹港口设备维护维修、港口基础设施维护维修，制定年度业务发展规划及工作目标
2，为港口项目扩建、改建，现有码头升级改造提供技术参数和技术支持
3，结合公司实际情况，建立和完善维修技术，设备工具等管理制度和维修标准工作流程
4，合理控制维修总成本，为生产安全顺利开展提供技术支持和设备保障
5，督促检查设备维修，保养情况，保证设备的正常运转
6，领导港口设备部门和工程部门进行金属革新和工艺改进
7，监督检查基础设施项目进度，监管质量
8，主持维修设备档案的建立和管理工作
9，处理设备重大事故，组织一般事故分析，对重大事故及时报告
10，加强员工的技术指导和培训工作，提升现有员工的技术水平
11，完成总经理提交的其他工作
任职资格：
1、机械类专业毕业，本科以及以上学历
2、10年以上设备维修工作经验，其中5年以上设备经理管理经验
3、高级工程师职称
4、有港口行业同岗位工作经验。
5、英语流利者优先
