Job Description
岗位职责：
1.编制、审核施工项目暖通图纸、施工计划等工作；
2.组织、协调、监督施工项目暖通工程方面的技术支持与审核；
3.组织暖通工程的施工现场协调工作；
4.负责暖通工程现场施工单位和监理工作的监督与管理；
5.组织暖通工程施工的初验及竣工验收工作，及后续整改跟踪、复验工作；
6.在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的工作任务。
任职资格：
1.给排水、暖通相关专业大学本科及以上学历；
2.三年以上大中型房地产项目相关工作经验，且有暖通工程现场实务经验；
3.有相关专业中级以上职称；
4.有责任心及严谨的职业操守和团队合作精神。
