Job Description
岗位职责:
1、制定公司人力资源规划方案,以确保人力资源配置符合公司发展需要,组织制定、监督实施部门工作计划,以确保部门各项计划及绩效指标的完成
2、编制及审核人力资源各模块规章制度,以规范公司人力资源管理流程,指导招聘、培训、薪酬福利、人事管理体系的建立,以确保公司人力资源管理体系符合公司要求;
3、组织建立、维护公司绩效考评体系,确保绩效考评有效进行,处理员工劳动纠纷、管理员工关系;
任职资格:
主要负责完成公司的人力资源招聘、团队的组建工作。
制定事业部薪酬体系和考核体系。
熟悉B2C的操作流程,熟悉电商的运营模式,懂得电商B2C的运营模式,能根据人力资源提供战略的建议。
