职位描述：

• Responsible for building up, optimizing and supervising company Quality Management System.
• Responsible for reporting the operation condition of quality system and the organization of management audit.
• Responsible for auditing the quality manual and procedure files.
• Responsible for organizing and supervising quality internal audit.
• Responsible for leading certifying of products of domestically and internationally.
• Responsible for promoting conduction of KOS in company.
• Responsible for training and promotion of Six-Sigma; Shainin.
• Coordinate production plan and process of new products to ensure new products can come to market on time and be improved in quality.
• Responsible for planning of accessory localization and participation in team work for other accessory localization.
• Responsible for daily work of Quality Committee.
• Responsible for examining and certifying suppliers in quality, guiding subordinates to check and control well-done materials in quality.
• Lead the company’s kaizen and make Kaizen plan, coordinate all departments and Kaizen teams to conduct Kaizen to improve management and efficiency.
• Responsible for productivity management and improvement.
• Responsible for leading QC Dept’s quality check to ensure the product quality.
• Responsible for subordinates’ training and development and work performance evaluation.
• Responsible for the departmental safety, training, coaching, supervising and inspecting subordinates to products safety.
• Be the liaison man of external audit organization for quality system。
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS：
• University degree or above

• Above 8 years working experience related to QA 5 years in manangement position.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; willing to delegate.

• Knowledge of quality management, at least 5 years Foreign quality management position
experience.

• Good knowledge of Kaizen work processes.

• Good understanding of the business, the technology, and manufacturing process.

• Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin. Understanding and appreciation for the various functions and disciplines involved in quality
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills & excellent oral and written communication skills.
