职位描述：

Job requirements:
• University degree in mechanical, electrical or related technical degree ；
• Technical knowledge:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawing;
- General knowledge of technical measurement, tolerance, machines parts; materials study, quality tools and gauges for dimensional control devices;
• Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project ;
• PC skills: MS Office, AUTOCAD;
• Fluent oral English is required, and French language is a plus;
• General knowledge about the functioning of pump/injector is a plus;
• Knowledge of cutting machining process.
• Machining problem solving, familiar with CNC program, tool and fixture designing is a plus;
• Travel abroad is required
Responsibilities:
• Cutting tool management including new and re-sharpen one.
• Cutting tool set up management for whole plant.
• To improve the standard time of the cutting tools,
• Manage the store keeping of the tools, adapt the quantity of tools in the different loops, sharpening loop, coating loop, reordering loop, in function of the production volumes and the production issues.
• Continuous improvement of cutting tool.
• Prepare documents to support production as working instructions, production routing, process, quality checking inspection and control plan;
• Provide support for the standard work methods/work place organization;
• Provide support for training and validation operators and setters;
• Improve quality and productivity in the line as well as reduce costs and minimize risk;
• Accomplish other assigned task to support operational excellence such as 6 sigma, TS16949, cost down etc.
• Develop working station instructions/documents and provide on-job training to operators to ensure multiple skill operators/setters
