• Test Lab management.
• 测试实验室管理
• Writing test plan and programs for the Test Machines.
• 编制测试计划和测试程序
• Manipulating the hardware and software on test to meet the requested parameters.
• 运用测试硬件和软件达到测试参数的目的
• Fault finding of both the Test Machines and the items on test, including software.
• 硬件和软件的故障诊断
• Monitoring of tests.
• 监控测试
• Data capture and fault reporting to internal customer base.
• 获取数据，供产品开发使用
• Calibration support of the test rigs.
• 标定台架
• Working with the internal customer base to meet the given project expectations.
• 满足内部开发时间节点
• Test machine maintenance
• 测试设备维护
• Components analysis
• 部件分析
• Validation report writing
• 出具测试报告

任职资格：
• Bachelor degree or above
• 本科或以上
• major in Mechanical engineering/ electronic/Engine/Automotive
• 主修机械/电子/发动机/汽车
• Minimum 8 years of working experience related with Testing and validation, familiar with test machine
• 至少8年以上测试和验证相关工作经验，了解测试设备
• Experience in Automotive or Diesel engine or components field is preferred
• 有汽车或柴油机部件工作经验
• Familiar with Quality system and requirement in Automotive industry
• 了解汽车行业质量体系要求
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• 口语流利，书写正确
