Job Description
职位描述：
1、根据公司整体战略组织制定营销战略规划。
2、组织编制公司市场推广、营销策划、公关活动、房地产销售、客户服务管理等方面的规章制度。
3、组织开展市场分析，拟订市场策划方案、公关方案、广告策略与推广方案。
4、对广告制作、公关活动、楼盘促销活和房地产销售工作予以指导。
5、针对公司经营计划制定项目销售计划。
6、拓展与客户及社会各界的关系，建立完善的客户关系管理体系。
7、审核监督营销费用的预算及使用，做好成本控制。
任职资格：
1、大学本科以上学历，经济管理类、营销管理类相关专业。
2、5年以上大型房地产项目策划和营销管理工作经验，2年以上同岗位工作经验。
3、熟悉房地产商品的销售和售后服务管理方式，熟练掌握各种销售模式。
4、具备较强的市场策划和运作能力，具有优秀的人际沟通能力和谈判技巧，具备敏锐的市场洞察力。
5、能够承受一定的工作压力，具有良好的品德。
