Job Description
职位描述：
1、负责新项目市场定位，编制市场发展战略计划、项目推广计划等，建设发展优秀的策划队伍，并监督指导工作；
2、负责市场信息的收集，阶段市场调研报告的撰写，为招商推广提供依据；
3、负责新项目开业前宣传推广方案、商场开业庆典方案，按计划开展招商推广活动，投放媒体宣传，组织设计印刷招商手册和招商资料，及项目招商现场布置；
4、组织对外宣传、传播企业文化，树立和推广企业的整体形象；
5、建立品牌领先优势，选择最优广告推广渠道，制订执行全年广告发布计划；
6、负责公司年度、季度商业推广活动的工作目标、执行计划、费用预算的实施；
任职资格：
1、大专（含）以上学历；
2、有7年以上产地地产、MALL、百货、房产、五星级酒店等整体行销企划等相关工作经验，文笔佳；
3、熟悉大型商业广场的企划工作，如：贩促、现场活动、事件营销等；
4、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，熟悉媒体工作，熟悉商业运营动态。
