职位描述：
1、根据公司营销战略，制定招商计划，并进行目标分解；
2、保证营销网络的开拓与合理布局；
3、分析市场动态，撰写分析报告；
4、提高产品在所属区域的市场占有率和竞争力；
5、维护与客户长期良好的合作关系，保持公司品牌形象；
6、根据营销计划，定期进行渠道动态调整；
7、负责下属人员日常工作及业务的管理、指挥、监督、检查、落实。
任职资格：
1、年龄28-35岁。本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、五年以上大型商业地产招商工作经验，有丰富的招商渠道优先；
3、熟练的商业地产产品知识、招商流程、招商技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式；掌握先进企业营销管理模式精要，具有先进的营销管理理念；
4、有出色的客户服务意识、较强的业务拓展和人际交往沟通能力；
5、在销售团队管理方面有极强的领导技巧和才能；
