Job Description
职位描述：
1、给排水、电气工程、市政工程、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上房地产企业、施工企业、监理企业、设计企业工作经验， 3年以上大型房地产企业同等岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉国家房地产相关法律法规，熟悉房地产市政配套开发流程，包括前期谈判以及各类证照的申报审批工作和后期手续办理流程；熟悉大型社区的市政配套工程，曾负责过大型社区室内外水电管网现场施工管理;
4、良好的组织、沟通协调、判断决策能力，具备一定的领导力。
5、中级工程师以上职称，持注册水电工程师资格证书或持注册监理工程师资格证书者优先；
