Job Description
工作职责：
1、负责项目整体管控，制定项目运营的整体目标与计划；
2、负责项目的运营管理，团队培训（包含项目培训，项目整体执行计划）；
3、负责项目培训（包含竞品分析、客户分析、项目过程）；
4、负责项目整体执行计划；
5、负责团队培训（包含技巧培训，业务培训）；
6、负责对部门人员技能、能力进行评价，并组织技能培训；
7、负责部门团队建设。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、管理或相关专业；
2、精通软件项目过程管理，对敏捷项目管理有实际应用经验及深刻理解；
3、较强的文档撰写能力，及各类报告处理能力；
4、具有丰富的与人沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神。
5、具有良好的执行力和责任心，能推动项目团队朝目标前进；
6、至少5~8年软件项目管理经验，有互联网、软件或IT相关领域技术开发经验优先。
