JD
*Recommends and implements security system, loss prevention and operational procedures in order to protect factory assets.
*Analyze loss trends to strengthen internal processes and minimize the risk.
*Conducts investigation regarding to security related cases.
*Develops new methods to identify ,reduce and control inventory shrinkage and other losses that negatively impact profits.
*Conducts and leads security planning execution and action planning .
*Responsible for security service delivery in the factory.
*Manages all security related queries on security in the factory
*Work with other departments to identify the potential to improve to maintain the factory running at high efficiency, good quality and low cost.
*Report problems with the Food Safety Management System immediately to direct supervisor or to the Food Safety Team Leader or Factory Manager

Standard:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
*At least 5 years working experience in corporate, security ,law enforcement , production ,military security or investigation
*Fluency Oral English
Minimum of 5 years’ security management experience in corporate, security, law enforcement.production, military security or investigation area.
