任职资格：
1.Grasp Mechanical manufacturing, material process, company management, logistic and other relative knowledge, familiar with state, trade and local price policy, with a strong capacity in judgment, decision organization, coordination, negotiation and plan impletion.
掌握机械制造、材料工艺、企业管理、物流及相关专业知识；熟悉国家地方行业物价政策。具有较强的判断决策能力、组织协调能力、谈判能力和计划执行能力；
2. with ERP experience, Expert in Microsoft office, know ISO 9001quality system 
有ERP使用经验，熟练使用微软办公软件，了解ISO9001质量体系
3.了解进出口和国际贸易基本知识 understand basic import&export trading knowledge.
4.自主学习的能力 strong self-studying capability
5、英语流利。
