Job Description
1. Cooperate with sales department to get long-term forecast for customer’s demand.
2. Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production schedules to ensure that customer orders are met. Review and adjust schedules as necessary by customer changes and production/machine status.
3. Order raw glass and other direct materials to meet production scheduling, following up purchase orders status with the supplier, following up shipment with forwarder to get the arrival information in time.
4. Coordinate product demands and shipments.
5. Optimizing the inventory, monitoring the safety stocks and control reasonable stocks level.
6. Maintain database of ERP master data in logistics field.
7. Comply with all PJG EHS policies and procedures and relevant governmental regulations. Use good safety judgment and awareness at all times.
8. Finish the reporting relevant.
