1. Lab system setup –Setup the Lab management system, report documents control and record works.
2. Test equipment management–Test & measurement equipment verify, operate & maintain..
3. Test operator training –Training for all test operator to get high level test & inspection appearance. Also for new & updated test equipment apply. 
4. Explain all reports & records when need.
5. Incoming material inspection and inform all NG information to related departments. 
6. Lab operating management, for test & measurement process and WI.
7. Test & measurement Specification update, insure all meet national testing and inspection of laws, regulations, technical standards and specifications.

Desired Qualifications:  Seasoned professional who speaks, reads and writes fluent Chinese and English with at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and three or more years manufacturing facility experience, preferably in a major international company or division of a large automotive manufacturing corporation.  To be successful, the incumbent must have a working knowledge of quality control Lab system setup, audit and updated.  Health and safety, training and environmental matters and understand regulatory and corporate policies, procedures and standards will be preferred.
