Job Description
1、 主要工作职责：
a. 负责搭建和组织工程技术团队，结合公司发展需要，实现工程能力突破。
b. 对冲压自动化机械手高速传输业务实现有效支撑，针对客户需求提供多样性的解决方案。
c. 通过整合外部资源，带领团队实现核心技术突破和关键设计能力的自主。
2、 涉及能力要求；
a. 整线规划能力：重点打造线尾装框及配套的自动化系统；
b. 关键外围辅助输送设备的设计开发能力：各种皮带输送机、转台、移动机构的设计开发；机器人外围辅助设备的集成应用能力；
c. 方案的快速表达能力：Layout，PPT描述，3d演示；（具体设计有团队支撑）
