岗位职责：
Responsible for the soldering process, process improvement, process optimization of company parts and equipment in customer plants.
Activities
1) First in-plant contact between customer and company Technologies
2) Collaborate with customer in soldering process continuous improvement
3) Follow up to regular production parts in schedule to avoid performance deviations
4) Active participation along with customer in soldering process problem solving
5) Soldering process conditions development for new products
6) Support for process set up and start up of new products
7) Soldering process optimization using statistical methodologies
8) Follow up to quotes and programs in development
9) Be alert for any threat that may affect business
10) Any other requested by Technologies as support

任职资格：
Education and Experience Required
1) Bachelor degree in Engineering
a. Preferable but not limited to: Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, In-dustrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Materials Engineer, Metallurgic Engineer
2) Technician with two or more years of experience
a. Preferable but not limited to: Mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, materials, in-dustrial, metallurgic
3) Age according to local laws and customer requirements
4) Gender could be male or female
Skills required
1) Analysis and problem solving
a) Use of basic tools of problem analysis as Ishikawa, FMEA, 5 Whys, flow chart, etc
b) Establishment of root cause(s) of a problem
c) Actively participate with customer to solve problems, including soldering, quality, delivery or any other where Technologies may be involved
d) Analysis reporting
2) Statistics
a. Use and understanding of statistical concepts
b. Understanding of SPC concepts
3) Six sigma methodology
a. Basic knowledge of Six Sigma concepts
b. Understanding and interpretation of Six sigma methodology results
