职位描述：
1、负责拓展环广州周边地区的土地信息，研究市场动态、政策法规、行业动态，并建立业务基础资料库；
2、负责开展新项目的可行性研究报告编制及项目投资方案论证；
3、负责项目谈判，并草拟项目相关合同或协议；
4、建立并维护政府部门、金融机构、战略合作伙伴等良好社会关系。
