工作职责：
1、根据公司事业计划制定本厂的事业计划并组织推进实施，确保各项事业计划达成；
2、负责建立和完善工厂各项管理制度、工作程序及考核标准；
3、组织实施生产计划，确保产品订单保质、保量按期完成；
4、贯彻公司成本控制目标，严格控制各种生产成本；
5、适时采用先进的技术和管理方法，不断提升工厂管理水平；
6、制定本厂人员培训计划并组织实施，不断提升队伍整体素质。
