Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责区域(多项目）的整体运作和管理，包括：投资拓展、前期、工程、营销、成本、规划设计、财务及融资、人事等；
2.组织制定区域或项目年底经营计划，带领团队达成工作目标；
3.负责拓展公司的对外经营业务，与地方政府及相关职能部门协调联络，确保关系通畅
任职资格：
1.35-40岁，本科及以上学历（优秀人才可以适当放宽），工民建、规划设计、工程管理等专业；
2.有同岗位完整项目经验，同时操作项目不少于3个，区域销售额不低于20亿元，且开发业态具有综合性；
3.职业化程度高，执行力强，抗压性强，有激情善于突破，内外协调能力强，有较强的领导能力，能带领团队完成既定目标；
4.具有同等规模企业区域总或城市总工作经历。
