Job Description
岗位职责：
1.根据公司发展战略，协助总监负投资拓展工作，组织进行投资策略、投资管理、投资技术研究组织进行项目可研论证及项目获取工作，以确保公司战略目标的实现。
2.拓展的重点区域为北京及河北廊坊
任职资格：
1.28-45岁，本科及以上学历，具有8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上知名房地产企业投资管理及项目推进实施工作经验；
2.具有丰富的土地拓展成功经验，能够制定及适时调整土地投资与储备方案；
3.对投资项目的可行性能够在行业、市场、政策环境、财务效益、投资风险及预测等方面进行分析论证。
4.具有极强的沟通能力、解决问题能力及开拓能力者优先。
工作地点：河北、天津、济南
