Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责集团运营管理体系建设工作，组织建立及完善运营管理中心各项制度和流程；
2.组织制定集团整体经营目标、计划，以及经营预算方案；
3.统筹集团及各二级公司的运营管理，确保经营目标的达成；
4.统筹集团的信息化建设，提升信息化水平。
任职资格：
1.35-45岁，本科及以上学历，房地产经营管理，企业管理类相关专业；
2.8年以上运营管理经验，5年以上集团运营管理经验，2年以上同岗位工作经验，同时具备大型商贸企业运营管理经验者优先；
3.具有独立操作大型项目管理的成功案例，熟练掌握控股集团运营规范；
4.较强的宏观分析能力、团队管理能力、判断和决策能力。
