Job Description
岗位职责：
组织建立并完善制度、计划管理体系和各种流程，监督并审核各商城、酒店制度、方案的制定，保证集团制度的顺利实施。
1、负责建立制度管理体系和计划管理体系工作，并制定相关管理制度和流程。
2.编制制度管理和计划管理的年度、季度、月度工作计划，并督导计划实施。
3、审核与监督总部各中心、各商城/酒店制度和流程。
4、搭建标准化授权体系。
任职资格：
1、42岁以下，性别不限，专科及以上学历；
2、具有3年以上大型集团化公司背景的计划运营工作经历；
3、具有专业市场集团总部相关工作经验者优先。
