岗位职责：
1. Follow the calibration process to calibrate common rail fuel injection system on test rigs, engine dyno and vehicles to get a good rail pressure control & injection control, finally to meet the engine performance and emission goals.
2. Prepare technical offer for potential projects; integrate fuel injection system on customer engine & vehicle and do robustness validation with different application conditions; prepare customer system specification, IFMEA & SFEMA.
3. Trouble shoot engine management system especially fuel injection system related problems, then find the solution;
4. Write technical reports and presentations to communicate data, test results, and project status for internal and external purposes;
5. Some amount of traveling is required – may require extended traveling during seasonal development test trips.

任职资格：
1. Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering with courses on internal combustion engines;
2. Ideally has experience on common rail, or diesel calibration. Especially good PID tuning skill will be preferred;
3. 2~4 years test or research experience on automotive engines (gasoline or diesel) is highly preferred;
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to use programming tool such as Excel macro, C++ language, Matlab, etc... to solve engineering problems;
5. Ability to read, write and speak in English fluently;
6. Healthy, mature, patient, job-motivation, job-stability, willing to learn, quick to learn, able to grasp new concepts, flexible, team player, able to work under pressure;
