 岗位职责:
l 培训管理Training Management:
Ø 根据公司和人力资源战略,识别山东地区培训需求, 制定有效的年度培训计划及培训项目
Identify appropriate training needs according to business and HR strategy, formulate effective annual training plan and training programmes for E&U China
Ø 全面了解不同培训项目的特点和设计,为达到满意的结果做有效的配置
Fully understand features and designs of different training programs and effectively deploy according to the desired outcomes
Ø 建立分部培训制度,严格贯彻执行,并不断地完善培训工作制度和流程;
Set up training policy for division, and promote the implement of it. Continuously improve training policy and process during work.
Ø 按照培训计划,在规定时间和要求内组织、准备和管理分部层面的培训课程。
According to training plan, organize, prepare and administer training sessions to meet the set deadline and criteria at division level.
Ø 全面负责潍坊地区技术类培训的计划、组织及执行。
Full Responsible for the planning, preparing and delivering of Technical skill trainings for Weifang OUs.
Ø 负责获取培训参加人员的签到,作为培训记录证明。
Responsible for obtaining signed certificate from the trainees to evidence the participation in the training.
Ø 主动邀请参训者填写培训反馈,以便将来不断地改进。
Proactively invite feedback from participants for continuous improvement.
Ø 保存和管理所有培训相关文档(培训记录,证书等),妥善做好培训档案信息管理工作。
Keep and maintain all the documentation (training records, certification forms & etc). Organize the documentation and information properly.
Ø 与外部培训供应商、学校和其他相关机构建立并维护良好的专业网络关系。
Build up professional network and maintain relationship with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions.
Ø 能够协助区域或全球培训项目工作。
Be able to assist on regional and /or global training projects.
Ø 评估培训师的表现,并给外部顾问提供有效反馈。
Evaluate trainer performance, and provide sound feedback to external consultants.
Ø 开发内部讲师,协助推动内部培训师管理体系。
Develop internal trainers, assist to drive internal trainer management system.
Ø 制作山东地区总部及子公司的月度/年度人力资源报表。
Prepare monthly and annual training report in an effective and professional format for E&U China.
