Essential Functions
• Responsible for plant lever MTBF, and MTTR;
• Lead the plant PM/CM/TPM activities to ensure a smooth and continuous production
• Drive and lead maintenance team competency
• Responsible for plant facility daily maintenance
• Covers all the operation machines and facilities for VA, Supply end and valve production
lines
• Implement major start-up, and projects involving installation, relocation, or repair of
equipment, tooling and physical plant
• Direct and assign maintenance personnel, by establishing priorities and work schedules.
Recommend methods for projects and repairs
• Coordinate the development of skilled trades and training needs for the department.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, mechanical or related background. 5 above related experience in
industrial area.
• Excellent spoken and written command of Chinese and English language.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent hands-on PC-based computer skills: word-processing; spreadsheets;
databases; presentations.
• Experience working and managing in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based
workplaces.
• Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing personnel to prepare them for
advancement.
• Experience traveling, and willingness to travel overseas for training and other business
purposes.
• Demonstrated record of stability and commitment in previous work experience.
• Desire to learn new technical knowledge and management approaches.
