Job Description
工作职责：
1、参与制订销售战略。根据销售战略制订销售策略和销售计划，经批准后组织实施；
2、定期对市场销售环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整销售策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成销售目标和销售计划；
3、负责重大客户公关及对销售合同的谈判与签订；
4、建立调整销售组织，细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场销售网络；
5、负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场销售预估，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；
6、建设并管理销售队伍，不断提高队伍的实战能力。
