Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责规划和管理品牌保持品牌传播的统一性及持继性，参与公司营销战略规划，制定年度市场计划，并负责推动实施；
2、负责企业品牌战略的整体规划与设计，确立企业品牌定位、树立企业品牌目标、提炼企业品牌诉求、规划企业品牌传播策略等；制定年度市场费用预算，并监督执行；
3、全面组织制订战略性产品和品牌年度行销方案及预算，并监控实施过程依据公司年度市场计划；
4、针对产品、品牌、渠道、国家政策、消费者生活形态进行深度调研，为营销决策提供依据；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，工商管理、市场营销等管理管业；
2、五年年以上同等职位市场管理工作经验，同时要求具备三年以上产品管理和行销推广工作经验；
3、具备市场调研分析及媒体管理能力，对市场环境变化及发展有一定的洞察力
