Job Description
General Objective: Increase sales through the overall development of the design/ sales and support staff.
总目标:通过调动销售设计顾问及其他人员的工作积极性,增加销售额。
Qualifications:条件:
Education: BS, BA degree with courses in management, organizational behavior and fine arts or comparable experience.
教育程度:本科文凭,文理不限,管理,组织行为,美术或相关专业。
Experience: Background with proven success in retail sales, interior design and merchandising , or service company prefer.
工作经验:具有可证明的成功零售销售,室内设计,商品销售策划经验,有服务行业工作经验者优先。
Other Requirements: An entrepreneurial attitude and approach with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to train and recognize deficiencies in design, performance and procedures, in relation to sales. Serve as a role model for designer success and achieve a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:职责
? Assist Manager in the recruitment and selection of new designers, sales people and support staff.
协助店面经理招聘并选择新销售设计顾问和支持人员。
? Train design sales and support staff.
培训销售设计顾问及支持人员。
? Evaluate performance of staff against established standards. Provide effective counsel to improve performance and ensure growth.
根据公司的标准,对员工绩效进行评估,并提供可行的建议来提高和改善业绩,以确保销售额的增长。
? Implement new training programs to enhance sales effort and outcome.
实施新的培训项目,以加强销售方面的力度,提高销售额。
? Achieve yearly sales budget by developing and maintaining sales plans, motivating sales staff and promoting a creative design service.
通过维护和发展销售计划,激发员工工作积极性和创造性的设计服务完成年度销售预算。
? Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with design staff and sales people to monitor and, if necessary, improve performance.
每周同销售设计顾问人员进行一对一面对面交流,督导,帮助其改善业绩。
? Conduct weekly product and sales training meetings.
每周主持召开产品和销售培训例会。
? Ensure staff is in compliance with company policies and procedures.
确保员工遵守公司规定和操作流程。
? Manage customer expectations through effective and thorough point-of-sale training techniques.
通过使用有效和细致的销售技巧,为顾客提供超值的服务。
? Maintain a high-level of customer service.
维护高水平的顾客服务。
? Be informed on the changing trends and new developments of the home furnishings industry.
注意和跟踪家居业新潮流以及变化的新动向。
? Assist Manager in developing marketing recommendations to increase sales and market share by monitoring traffic, advertising and customer feedback.
协助店面经理,通过调查客流量,广告和消费者反馈,建议营销方案,以增加销售额和市场份额。
? Maintain store and stockroom organization.
维护店面和仓库条理化
? Act as back up on the store manager’s days off. Share responsibility for opening and closing the store.
