Job Description
工作职责：
1. Drive the ISO26262 within company, create and maintain the Functional safety related process according to ISO26262
2. Responsible for performing functional safety capabilities and discipline specific capabilities
3. Responsible for supporting functional reviews and confirmation measures
4. Responsible for escalating issues
5. Define the initial version of the System Safety Plan and define the safety strategy compliant to the customer expectations in close cooperation with the system team during RFQ
6. Performs trainings and coaches disciplines teams in FS specific tasks
7. Responsibilities for a process, product or regional domains
8. Responsibilities for A-SPICE
职责要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, EE/SW design or development background
2. Familiar with ISO26262
3. Familiar with A-SPICE
