Job Description
1、根据公司长远规划制定店面发展计划和店面选址标准；
2、负责城市评估，向管理层提交城市规划及选址评估报告并对合适项目立项；
3、负责商圈商场盘点记录，商圈变化情况掌握及时，能够与开发商进行有效及时的沟通，并能够维护好关系；在零售店店址的特定市场信息；
4、调查，分类和综合收集到的信息包括租金、物业服务内容价格和竞争情况；
5、准备和提交分析报告以识别潜在店址；
6、和建筑商、开发商和必要的政府代理机构协商房地产事宜，并就理想店址同其相关机构沟通以取得合适的财务数据；
7、调查并审核店址的房产应具备的执照和证件，以不影响“关键部分”的进程；
8、提交房地产报告进行确认和审批，并协助公司领导同相关单位签署相关法律协议；
9、进行必要法律文件的草拟、合同谈判和公司各部门进行确认；
10、与相关的私人或政府组织保持必要的联系；
11、到潜在开店城市会见当地政府部门和相关管理机构官员；
12、完成上级安排的其它工作。
